F.A.Q.

Q:Why is there a chlorine smell and we have itchy skin?
A:The filter needs to be changed or one of 2 o-rings is missing.
Q:How can I fix the shower filter, it is leaking between fixture and filter?
A:Replace the o-ring in the filter or put plumbers teflon tape on the threads of the fixtures.
Q:Why do I have low water pressure?
A:The filter needs to be changed, or open the housing and flip the filter 180 degrees.
